Asil ARGUN
Asil Argun was born in Antalya/Turkey in 1993.
Although he never experienced the practices of any types of arts during his childhood,
he did not miss the opportunity as soon as he meets the visual arts.
His interest in visual art begins with the discovery of graffiti paintings at age 17 when he was still a high school student,
then after reshaped and evolved throughout the time with painting, drawing and tattoo art.
In 2011, he was graduated from high school and was accepted to
Animation Department of Fine Arts Faculty in Kütahya Dumlupinar University.
In 2015 he was graduated from the university as an Honour Student.
During his bachelor degree in arts he had a chance to join multidisciplinary
exhibitions and exhibit his art works such as paintings, digital arts and tattoo works.
In 2017, two oil-paintings of the artist were selected for the final-round at
Art Revolution Taipei Grand Prize Competition.
He made his own art atelier to make artworks in Antalya/Turkey where
he is still working on his new artworks and creating new exhibitions.
